Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Users in relation to the use of T|EUM Digital Asset Marketplace (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" means the digital asset marketplace provided by T|EUM.
  • "Member" means a person who has signed up for the Service and entered into a service agreement.
  • "Digital Asset" means digital products such as software, LTD (Lifetime Deal), templates, source code, etc.
  • "Buyer" means a member who purchases digital assets.
  • "Seller" means a member who registers and sells digital assets.
  • "Reseller" means a member who has the right to resell digital assets.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to members.

2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws, and amended terms will be announced through notices.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

Membership is established when a user agrees to these Terms, applies for registration, and the Company accepts. The Company may reject registration in the following cases:

  • When false information is provided during registration
  • When applying with intent to violate laws or disrupt public order
  • When other registration requirements set by the Company are not met

Article 5 (Provision of Service)

1. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, it may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance.

2. The Company may conduct regular maintenance as needed, and maintenance schedules will be announced on the Service screen.

Article 6 (Purchase and Refund)

1. Buyers may purchase digital assets according to the conditions specified on the product detail page.

2. Due to the nature of digital assets, refunds are generally restricted after purchase. However, refunds are possible if the product significantly differs from the description or has technical defects.

Article 7 (Fees)

1. The Company charges a fee of 5-10% of the sales price for sold digital assets.

2. Fee rates vary by product type and seller grade, and changes will be announced in advance.

Article 8 (Privacy Protection)

The Company establishes and complies with a Privacy Policy to protect members' personal information. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
