How do I buy a product?
Browse the marketplace, add items to your cart, and complete checkout using Stripe's secure payment system.
How do I sell on T|EUM?
Sign up, go to the Sell page, fill in your product details, and submit for review. Once approved, your product will be listed.
How does escrow work?
Payment is held securely until the buyer confirms they received the product. Then funds are released to the seller's balance.
How do I get paid?
Once your balance reaches $25, you can request a payout through Stripe Connect to your bank account.
What are the fees?
T|EUM charges a 20% commission on each sale. This covers payment processing and platform costs.
What languages are supported?
T|EUM supports English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, German, French, Hebrew, Arabic, Hindi, and Dutch.
What if there's a problem with my purchase?
You can open a dispute through the Messages page. Our team will review the issue and mediate between buyer and seller.
