Refreshing Slack channels where I posted updates. Nothing. No feedback, no "saw this, looks good", no rage, no questions. Just the sound of my own typing echoing back.
There's a specific kind of fatigue that comes with being the only person deciding things. You don't get the friction of arguments, which sounds nice until you realize friction is also how you know someone's paying attention.
