Why is there a $10 minimum product price?
The minimum price helps cover fixed payment processing costs and ensures sellers receive meaningful earnings from each transaction.
What does the commission cover?
The 20% commission covers payment processing (credit cards, digital wallets), global tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales tax), platform hosting, AI-powered translations, and customer support.
How and when do I get paid?
Once a buyer confirms their purchase, the funds are added to your balance. When your balance reaches $25 or more, you can request a payout directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect.
Who handles taxes and VAT?
T|EUM is operated by teum, LLC, incorporated in the United States. Sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations. T|EUM provides detailed transaction records to assist with tax reporting.
How does the referral program work?
Refer new users to T|EUM and earn 3% of their total purchases as ongoing credit. Referral rewards activate after the referred user reaches $30 in confirmed purchases. Credits can be used for purchases or withdrawn via Stripe Connect when your balance reaches $25.
