Sold my first product last week (a monitoring script). Already found a bug that only shows up in production.
Questions:
- Do you version your deliverables? (v1.0, v1.1 etc)
- Do buyers get free updates forever or just the version they bought?
- How do you notify buyers about updates?
I am using the T|EUM chat to communicate with my buyer but wondering about the long-term approach when there are 50+ buyers.
